I take your privacy very seriously and this privacy statement is here to help you understand what I may do with any information you give to me.

If you do not agree with this privacy statement, do not give any details. This privacy statement is part of the Terms and Conditions. I may need to update this privacy statement from time to time. 

Personal information provided is stored for my own records only and will not be disclosed to third-parties.

Information I may collect about you

 

Personal information is limited to your name, phone number, email address. This is used for communication purposes for appointment information and promotions.

I may also collect personal information regarding allergies and medical conditions relating to specific treatments.

How I use your details

I will only use your contact details in order to contact you. I never give or sell customers details to third parties.

Where I store your personal data

 

All information that you supply me is stored in a lockable cupboard or a password protected file on my PC. I will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement.

Bookings

 

Booking payment is required for all new clients of 100% of the treatment value for any booking over £20, this payment will be non-refundable if less than 24hrs notice is not given for cancellation, bookings are re-bookable but are non-refundable. 

I require 50% deposit payment for any two hour or longer treatments at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation policy I require at the least 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment. If  an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24hrs notice then a charge of 50% of the original booking will be charged or deposit will be non-refundable.

It is essential that you advise me of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that I can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform me at the time of booking and I can advise you and be prepared for you.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. I cannot guarantee the full treatment time if you arrive late for your appointment, I will try to accommodate as best I can however timings for subsequent clients will have to be maintained.

For clients who miss appointments or cancel last minute I may ask for full payment upfront to secure your future bookings.

 

Patch Testing

 

If you are new to the salon for any eyelash / brow tinting or lash extensions I require you to have a patch test 48hrs prior to your visit. If you are an existing client and have tint regularly with us and NO medical changes have occured then you don’t need a test prior to your visit, if however your medical circumstances have changed then you must have a test 48hrs prior to your treatment. If you have not had a tint within 12 months from us then again you must have a test prior to your visit.

 

 

Consent for Juniors (under 16’s)

 

 I require singed consent from a Parent/Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16 year olds. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment. 

 

Prices

 

Prices may be subject to change however I will inform you of any changes prior to the appointment

Gift Vouchers

 

Ideal present made to your individual needs, either to specific treatments or to a value of money. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
